Location and food were very good, I loved that. Room was excellent and with very comfy beds. There was an outstanding restaurant, the markets and shops next door. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was absolutely gorgeous: )

Loved dining at new day restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk. Booked SUPERIOR double room with heating, a multi-channel TV and a writing desk.

We liked it, it was GOAT! It's a family-friendly hotel in Hanoi. Plus, free Wi Fi worked well.

There was no coffee. The bed was hard.

We stayed in front of st joseph's cathedral and could visit hoan kiem lake. We liked everything at queen hotel & spa including location and service.
